The following eligibility requirements must be met to open an account and use the services at 8m bate.

1.1 Age Requirement

All services on this platform — casino, sports betting, slots and live games — are open only to persons aged 21 or above. Providing a false age at registration may result in account closure, and deposited funds may not be returned in such cases.

1.2 One Account Rule

Each person may register only one account. If a person has multiple accounts, they will be closed and any bonuses will be cancelled.

1.3 Providing Accurate Information at Registration

It is the member's responsibility to keep the name, mobile number, email and other details provided at registration accurate and up to date. Providing incorrect information may cause account verification difficulties and delay the withdrawal process.

Specific methods and limits apply to financial transactions at 8m bate.

3.1 Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Accepted methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank and other commercial banks). Only payment methods registered in the member's own name may be used.

3.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. However, withdrawals may be delayed if the verification process has not been completed.

3.3 Transaction Integrity

If a third-party payment method is used, or if money laundering or fraudulent transactions are attempted, the account will be closed immediately and law enforcement authorities may be notified.

Each bonus offer at 8m bate comes with specific wagering requirements. Members should read these terms carefully before claiming a bonus.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

A 100% bonus is given on the first deposit, up to ৳10,000. The wagering requirement for the bonus is 25 times the bonus amount. For example: depositing ৳1,000 adds a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000, and wagering of ৳1,000 × 25 = ৳25,000 must be completed before withdrawal.

4.2 Other Promotions

• Weekly 8m bate Deposit Reward: 50% deposit bonus, up to ৳5,000, wagering 20 times. Minimum deposit ৳200; can be claimed once a week on any working day.
• 8m bate Slot Festival Bonus: 30% deposit bonus, up to ৳3,000, wagering 25 times. Minimum deposit ৳200; can be claimed once on weekends.
• 8m bate Birthday Gift: Reward up to ৳1,000, wagering 10 times. Can be claimed once in the registered birthday month.
• Refer a Friend and Play 8m bate: On a successful referral, both parties can receive a reward of up to ৳2,000, wagering 15 times.
• Cricket Season Deposit Bonus: 40% deposit bonus, up to ৳4,000, wagering 20 times. Minimum deposit ৳200; can be claimed on each valid deposit during a cricket event.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

• A new bonus cannot be activated until the wagering on the current bonus is completed
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — only winnings after the wagering requirement is met can be withdrawn
• 8m bate reserves the right to change or withdraw bonus offers at any time
• Attempting to claim bonuses through fraudulent means may result in account termination

The following rules apply to the use of casino games, sports betting, slots and fishing games available at 8m bate.

5.1 Game Results

The results of all games and bets are determined entirely by neutral algorithms and a Random Number Generator (RNG). If a game is interrupted due to a technical error, the bet for that round is generally cancelled and the relevant funds are returned to the member's account.

5.2 Sports Betting

The outcome of bets on sports events will be determined based on the official result of the relevant match. If a match is cancelled or postponed, the bet will be voided and the staked amount will be returned.

5.3 Prohibited Activities

• Using bots, automated software or any kind of hacking tool
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage
• Attempting to access another member's account
• Colluding or conspiring with other members to manipulate games

The 8m bate VIP program has three tiers — Bronze, Silver and Gold. Eligibility to reach a higher tier is determined by the member's regular activity.

• Bronze: Weekly cashback up to 0.3%
• Silver: Weekly cashback up to 0.7%
• Gold: Weekly cashback up to 1.0%

Weekly cashback is calculated based on the net loss for that week (total losses minus total wins). 8m bate reserves the right to change the VIP benefit terms at any time.

6. At the request of a financial institution or law enforcement authority

In the event of account closure, the matter of refunds will be determined according to the relevant circumstances and applicable rules.

• Bets on incomplete game rounds will be cancelled and funds returned
• If there is a discrepancy between displayed information and actual server data, the server data will be considered final
• The platform is not liable for losses caused by disconnection
